Testimonials

Lacey was very helpful throughout the process. Personal touches like checking the mail and delivering a package when we were out of town are going above and beyond and were very much appreciated. Lacey was able to walk us through the process and answer questions which made the process stress free.

Awesome job all around. Lacey and the supporting staff were great to work with and very helpful.

Always a great professional !

Many people call themselves professionals. Lacy proved that she is a professional. As the adage says you get what you pay for. We paid for the best and we got the best, Thank you

During a relocation for a job change, Lacey was our foundation of the buying process in the Quad Cities. She has an abundance of knowledge and experience of the area, the markets, supporting services and overall industry. I cannot thank her enough for the level of professionalism, integrity, compassion, honesty, and personability. All of our questions were answered, if not right away, she got back to us promptly. Her attention to detail was phenomenal, as she adapted to understand what our expectations were as they changed over time. We ended up in a home we love and were able to do that with the guidance and support of Lacey. Genuinely, we appreciate and want to thank her for her work and efforts.

Awesome service and results!!!!!!

I have used Lacey twice for purchasing a home and she is always great to work with. I plan to use her again the next time I am buying or selling a house!

Lacey Daedlow is truly the best. She ALWAYS goes above and beyond no matter the time or day. This process was so much easier with Lacey's help! We always could count on her to answer any and all of our many questions! It is obvious Lacey cares about her client's best interest. I cannot say enough that she is the best!

Lacey sold my daughter's home in 2016. During 2016 we had a family crisis and Lacey went above and beyond during the timeframe of working with my daughter. When I decided to move from Wyoming to Iowa, my daughter told me to ONLY work with Lacey. I followed her advice and would do it again. Not only did she find my dream home, she gave me resources from dog groomers, landscapers, fencing contractors and many other references. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Lacey made the overwhelming process of home buying easy and less stressful! Provided her expert help the whole process and checked on me and my home after closing! Highly recommend using Lacey to buy or sell a home!

We had Lacey as our realtor and we couldn't have asked for anyone better! She helped us through the entire process and explained things so well. When we didn't understand some things she explained them again! She listened to us, and I think she went above and beyond to help us through a very trying and sad situation. Thank you Lacey!
